Captain Chappy (Mark) and his First Mate, Haley, have always enjoyed and loved being around the open water.  Whether exploring the sea in the Caribbean or soaking up the lake sun during an Indiana summer, both shipmates feel most at home on the relaxing fizzy waves.  As a result of this love for the open water and the strong desire to share that experience, The Fizzy Floater was born.
